When you enter the site click the big, red, long button and a form should open. The columns say
Favorite Artist: (Put YUI here)
Age: (Click on the appropriate age here)
Gender: Boy/Girl
Choose YUI and fill out all of your info, so that YUI will become the Best Artist of 2007!
